Brand brief data: Information you provide about your business, industry, target audience, and brand preferences. This is used solely to generate your brand identity package.

Usage data: We track feature usage (projects created, sections regenerated, exports downloaded) to enforce free tier limits and improve the product.

Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymized analytics data about how you use the site.

• To generate your brand identity package using AI
• To save your projects and allow you to return to them
• To enforce usage limits on our free tier

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
• Anthropic (Claude): AI text generation for brand names, copy, and color theory
• ProductAI: AI image generation for logos and illustrations
• PostHog: Product analytics
• Vercel: Frontend hosting
• DigitalOcean: Backend hosting

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@shape-labs.com. Under GDPR, you also have the right to access, correct, and port your data.
